Excitingly, it is Dahlia season (a personal Favourite of our Floral designers), with many of our Dahlia farmers growing right here on the Sunshine coast!
Hydrangeas are also in full bloom and of great quality in summer. These gorgeous flowers make a statement in any arrangement in are a staple in coastal and Hamptons style arrangements.
Zinnia, Carnations, Celosia and Sunflowers are also readily available and grown locally.
Delphinium have also just hit our market and are a very popular choice for mixed flower arrangements and make big impact! We source ours from a beautiful local farmer who also grows the most amazing quality Spray roses all year round.
Heat loving tropical flowers also start to come through in December, including beautiful Anthuriums, Beehive Gingers, Crab Claw Heliconia. Buderim is an oasis for these beautiful and exotic looking flowers as they love the heat and the shade and we have plenty of that here!
